Return and Shipping Policy

Return Policy
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to health regulations regarding food products. If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. If you are not satisfied with the coffee you have received, please also report this to us. You are free to end your subscription at any time.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Unclaimed packages will be returned to Sans after 14 days at the postal office. Sans reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover shipping the package a second time after it has been returned.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping times are in accordance to Hong Kong Post schedules. In Hong Kong, all packages will be delivered the next working day after posting. Working days exclude Sundays, public holidays, and the days when Black Rainstorm Warming or Tropical Cyclone Warming Signal No.8 or above are hoisted.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sans reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Sans has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Sans shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
