  • When does my coffee get shipped?

    Each months coffee is shipped on the 1st of the month unless it falls on a Sunday or public holiday. In those cases, the coffee will be shipped out the following business day..

  • Where does the coffee ship from?

    Our fullfilment office is based in Hong Kong where all the coffee is shipped out from..

  • What's in the box?

    In each month's box you'll receive 100g of a rare and special coffee selected by our featured roaster. As well, you'll receiving brewing guidelines to get the most out of your coffee.

  • Does the coffee come as whole beans or ground?

    We only ship whole coffee beans for maximum freshness.  Once coffee beans are ground, they go stale much quicker than whole beans so we recommend grinding right before you brew.

  • How do I skip a month or cancel my subscription?

    You can control your subscription at any time by logging into your account here.

  • How is the coffee chosen each month?

    Each month, we work closely with our roaster partners to cup, brew and select a coffee that meets the Sans standard. These are typically ultra limited microlots that excites our tastebuds and changes our perception of what a seriously good cup of coffee can taste like.
